New Personal Entertainment from Life Fitness Creates Engaging Visual Experiencw

SCHILLER PARK, Ill, October 11, 2007 – Today at Club Industry 2007, Life Fitness presents the most advanced attachable personal viewing screen in the industry. The vibrant color and exceptional clarity of the new 17-inch, wide-screen Attachable TV combines exercise and entertainment by delivering analog and digital TV programming as well as iPod® delivered video content. This sophisticated design complements both new and previously purchased Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment.

Using the integrated LCD touch screen on the new InspireTM console, exercisers can select iPod video content or TV programming to view on the Attachable TV’s large, 17-inch screen. The Inspire console also features enhanced TV controls including a numeric keypad, channel and volume up/down, closed captioning, mute, previous channel and SAP.

This HD-ready television offers exceptional picture clarity, brilliant images and rich, natural color. With a wide screen 16:9 aspect ratio similar to home screen plasmas, the 17-inch Attachable TV enables full screen viewing without letter boxing or stretching. Ergonomically designed, the screen angle optimizes viewing and minimizes glare, which allows for flexible product placement. It also features an acrylic protection panel and moisture gasket designed specifically for fitness facilities.

The product’s dual TV tuner gives facilities the ability to receive digital or analog signals. For digital service, no digital-to-analog conversion is required, eliminating costs and set-up complexity.
